CAC Mobily- Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us.
This page is used to inform Mobile application users/website visitors regarding
our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information
if anyone decided to use our Service.
CAC Bank built the CAC Mobily app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by
CAC Bank at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This Mobile Privacy Policy
("Policy") applies to users of the CAC Bank mobile application CAC Mobily (the "App"). The term "we,"
"us" or "our" in this policy, refers to CAC Bank.
Agreement to Policy
If you choose to use our Service,
then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this
policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and
improving the Service. we will not use or share your information with anyone
except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is
accessible at CAC Mobily, unless otherwise
defined in this Privacy Policy
Gathering, Using &
Sharing: Information that we collect
For a better experience while using
our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally
identifiable information, including but not limited to
ü Device and Carrier information- allow the app to read phone
status, to check the internet access, the mobile number and identity of the mobile
network operator.
ü Contacts- allow the app to access your
device's contacts, which include only the ability to display and read your
contact phone number in order to select a phone number to
make a payment to.

SMS- allow the app
to use your device's text messaging (SMS), SMS access
may include the ability to: Receive
text messages, read your text messages, receive text messages, send text
messages; charges may apply.

Contact information- the app may
collect email address when the
application is downloaded, which is necessary in order to enable us to communicate with you
and will not share it with anyone.
ü Financial information may include your accounts,
balances, and transactions.
The information that we request is will be retained by us and used
as described in this privacy policy. The app does use third party services that
may collect information used to identify you.

Usage Information, set and access their own tracking technologies, and

you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and
information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This
Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”)
address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the app when
utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other
statistics.
Cookies are files with small amount
of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. This Services
does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party
code and libraries that use “cookies” to collection information and to improve
their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies,
and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse
our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

from children under 13 without parental consent. The App is not directed to or
intended for individuals under 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13,
please do not provide personally identifiable information of any kind.

advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of
any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are
effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
