How can I open a current account and what are the requirements?

Please visit one of our branches and bring the following documents:

  • Original personal ID (valid electronic card).
  • Foreign residents in Yemen are required to provide a copy of the passport and a copy of the residence card with the need to provide an official letter from your employer.
  • Fill in the application form to open the bank account.
  • The client should provide 2 personal 4x6 photos.

 

 

How much is the minimum balance for opening account?

For opening current account, the minimum required balance is YR 30,000 or equivalent in other foreign currencies.

 

What services can I obtain if I opened an account with you?

If you open an account with us, there are many services that you can benefit from; such as:
